Delete from KRASH'D+
If you can sign in, open Account Settings, scroll to Delete account, enter your password, type DELETE, and confirm. This permanently removes your fan profile, artist follows, saved tracks, playlists, password credentials, and active sessions.
Can’t sign in?
If you cannot access the account, use Contact / Support and choose the Privacy category. Include the email address used for the KRASH'D+ account so the request can be verified and processed.
What may remain
Information may be retained only where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, rights enforcement, or legal requirements. Anonymous or de-identified service analytics that are no longer associated with your account may remain.
