Submitting a copyright notice
Send your notice through the Contact / Support page and choose “DMCA / Takedown.” To help us evaluate the request, include all of the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- The specific KRASH'D+ material you want reviewed, with enough information to locate it.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Review and action
KRASH'D+ may request additional information, restrict access to disputed material while a claim is reviewed, notify the uploader or rights holder, preserve relevant records, and take other reasonable action consistent with applicable law.
Counter-notice
If content you control is removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe that action resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice through the Contact page. Include identification of the removed material, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law, and your physical or electronic signature.
False claims
Knowingly submitting materially false infringement claims or counter-notices may carry legal consequences. Submit notices only when you have a legitimate rights basis.
Other rights
