1. Acceptance
By accessing or using KRASH'D+, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Streaming license
KRASH'D+ grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and stream content made available through the service for lawful personal use. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
3. Music and content rights
Music, sound recordings, compositions, lyrics, artwork, logos, photographs, videos, artist names, branding, metadata, software, and other content are owned by KRASH'D Music, its artists, licensors, or other applicable rights holders and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
4. Prohibited uses
- Do not copy, rip, capture, download, redistribute, rebroadcast, resell, publicly perform, or commercially exploit content unless you have written permission or a separate legal right to do so.
- Do not bypass, interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, automate against, or defeat security or access controls.
- Do not use KRASH'D+ to violate law, infringe rights, impersonate others, upload malicious material, or disrupt the service.
5. Accounts and access
Public streaming is available without a fan account. A fan account is required to save music, use Your Library, create or manage playlists, and use other account-based features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for activity through your account. Creator and Studio access is private and restricted to authorized administrators.
6. Availability and changes
Content and features may be added, changed, delayed, restricted, or removed. KRASH'D+ may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, rights enforcement, or misuse prevention.
7. No download license
Unless a release is specifically offered for download, streaming availability does not grant permission to obtain or retain a copy of the underlying audio file.
8. Third-party rights
Some content may be licensed from or controlled by third parties. Their rights remain intact. Nothing in these terms grants rights beyond what KRASH'D+ is authorized to provide.
9. Disclaimers
KRASH'D+ is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Service interruptions, device incompatibilities, or temporary loss of access may occur.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KRASH'D Music and its applicable artists, licensors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
11. Enforcement
KRASH'D+ may investigate suspected misuse, restrict or terminate access, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, artists, or rights holders.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Material revisions will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
